Do you have a Training Contract that will commence in March 2025 or later? Are you looking to work for 6-12 months? Do you want to gain practical Paralegal experience before commencing your TC? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you:

A top international law firm in the City are seeking Future Trainees to join them as Paralegals for 6-12 months across both their Corporate and Commercial Litigation teams.

Your new role:

The successful Paralegal can look forward to assisting Associates and Partners. Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Managing your own caseload of mixed matters.
  • Supporting strong client relationships.
  • Drafting and reviewing various documents.
  • On the transactional side: Companies House filings, assisting with completions, due diligence, managing CP checklists, preparing securities filings prior to fund closings for submission to the applicable regulatory authority.
  • On the contentious side: proofreading and cross-referencing, acting as a key contact point between the firm, clients and counsel, drafting agreements and trial preparation, e.g. document review and bundling.
About you:

  • The successful Paralegal will have secured a Training Contract to commence in early 2025 or later.
  • Whilst previous Paralegal experience would be beneficial, those who have gained legal experience through Vacation Schemes are also encouraged to apply!

In return:

In return, the successful Paralegal will receive a salary of £31,500 plus overtime and the opportunity to develop practical Paralegal skills that will prepare you really well for your Training Contract. They have a hybrid working policy of 3:2, an in house physio, and free breakfasts and lunches from their delicious canteen.
