Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Family Office, providing comprehensive legal support across our active businesses in real estate, commodities trading, and health tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work effectively with family members and key stakeholders.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Conduct legal research and gather information to support lawyers in estate planning, trust administration, and family governance matters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including powers of attorney, employment contracts, and family agreements.
  • Organize and maintain client files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties for updates related to legal matters.
  • File documents with courts and administrative agencies as required.
  • Maintain and update the family office’s legal library and resources.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist external lawyers and law firms while maintaining client and family office confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and educational qualification in Law (e.g., LBA, LLM, LPC, GDL).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook, and iPad).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Understanding of the strategic and business implications of legal matters.
