Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and taking instructions for wills and estate planning documents
- Writing wills, managing incoming cases, and ensuring smooth progression through to completion
- Communicating with clients to offer guidance and support throughout the case
- Ensuring all documentation is legally accurate, clear, and professionally written
- Maintaining meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards
- Working closely with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge in private client law
About You:
- Strong academic background with LPC qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience or interest in will drafting, estate planning, or private client work
- A natural ability to build relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confidence in managing your own caseload with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
- A proactive approach to learning and developing your legal skills
