Having worked with this national firm for nearly 10 years, we have seen them grow both organically and via acquisitions in that time and have placed a significant number of people with them. They are excellent at providing structured training and support to their staff and can offer the added security that comes from working with a larger organisation. Due to an increase in business, they are now looking for an additional Paraplanning to support the Advisers within the Bristol office.

As experience is more important than exams, you do not need to be diploma qualified for this role, but they will provide full study support if you wish to do so.

The role of the Paraplanner will be to support the Senior Adviser within the office, providing full end to end Paraplanning support, from the initial first meeting client pack, through to completing bespoke suitability reports post meetings. Our client prides itself on providing non jargon-based advice and building long term and meaningful relationships with their clients. You will be encouraged to take an active part in this process, attending client meetings where possible and conduct detailed product review and making recommendations to the Adviser.

The role can go in two distinct directions, with you either becoming a highly technical Chartered Paraplanner or moving into an Adviser role at a point in the future. If you are looking for a firm that genuinely supports its staff and always strives to act in the clients’ best interests, then this would be an excellent new move for you.

Full on the job training will be provided and you will get to work with friendly and close knit team of people.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have circa 18months of relevant Paraplanning experience.
