Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to a team of financial advisers, helping to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support financial advice provided by advisers.
- Prepare and maintain client files.
- Develop financial plans and reports.
- Assist with client reviews and the formulation of advice.
- Liaise with clients and other professionals as required.
What We Offer:
- Salary: up to £35,000 per annum.
- Flexible Working Arrangement: Post probationary and training period, you will have the opportunity for a flexible working arrangement, combining office and home working.
- Working Hours: Choose between 8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm to suit your lifestyle.
- Holiday: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) plus additional discretionary time off at Christmas, usually resulting in office closure between 23 December to 2 January.
- Professional Development: Exam funding available (subject to contract agreement).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in financial planning.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
