The Company: A regionally established IFA firm who are part of a larger group who are looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their team, in support of multiple high performing, private wealth focused financial advisers:

  • Office Location: Sheffield
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - Split between office/home working

Package: £32-35k base DOE + bonus & full company benefits

  • Benefits: 6% pension, 4xDIS + annual bonuses and full flexible benefits package
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday + stats

The Role: A pure paraplanning role/remit supporting multiple high-performing financial advisers working with high-net-worth, private wealth focused clientele. Duties include:

  • Financial Planning Preparation, Research & Analysis
  • Analyse client portfolios and financial situations.
  • Work with advisers to prepare bespoke and comprehensive financial plans for our clients.
  • Provide accurate technical research to ensure the client files clearly demonstrate assessment of suitability to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed, personal and compliant Suitability Reports for advisers to present to clients.
  • Cash flow modelling and forecasting.
  • Provide technical support to advisers and administrators.

The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have paraplanning exposure in supporting IFA’s/financial advisers across investments & pensions casework.

  • Required: QCF level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
  • Required: Proficiency in the use of financial planning tools and industry software such as Voyant, FE Analytics, Select-a-Pension etc
