Are you a detail-oriented Paraplanner with a passion for financial planning? Do you excel in technical support and report writing? We are looking for a talented Paraplanner to join our dynamic team in Bristol!

Paraplanner salary is up to £45,000 with benefits including PMI, Income protection and life cover.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Financial Planners, Advisers, and colleagues to provide technical support and report writing services for client work.
  • Conduct client risk assessments, research, analysis, and product selection.
  • Develop holistic plans for clients with complex planning needs alongside Advisers.
  • Support desk-based advisory clients through virtual meetings, email, and phone communication.
  • Write suitability letters and reports, handle planning work (income planning, IHT, tax calculations, trust solutions, cashflow planning), and perform calculations for pension carry forward, tapered annual allowance, IHT, CGT, and income tax.
  • Manage platform client processes, project work, and time-driven task communications.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:

  • CII Diploma
  • Literacy & Numeracy: Excellent GCSE grades (A - C or 4 - 9).
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent in using Word and Excel.
  • Critical Thinking: Good problem-solving abilities.
