Well, progression is standard. They're a long-standing Chartered firm, so help with Chartered exams is par for the course.
 
But they've also had paraplanners become planners, and very successful ones too. So if you're keen on progressing down that route they can put a pathway in place. With several further acquisitions lined up, you'll have opportunities in the next 3-5 years.

Plus they treat people well. There's proper induction and training plans (it's amazing how many firms don't put these in place). There's hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from wherever). There's 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
