Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Position Overview: This role requires an experienced Paraplanner to work alongside the lead Financial Planner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning practice and hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports and plans for clients
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on financial products and services
• Assist Financial Planners with client meetings and follow-up actions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and products
• Support the client onboarding process and ongoing client relationship management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning practice
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
