Paraplanner Altrincham £32,000 - £35,000 Hybrid Working: 3 days office-based, 2 days remote Supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional development
Want to work for a well-established wealth management firm providing high-quality advice to a diverse range of clients across various demographics? As this business continues to grow, they’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join their team. This role will be primarily focused on back-office support, with no client-facing duties, allowing you to work closely with our advisers to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Review client cases and handovers, ensuring recommendations are suitable and in line with compliance requirements.
Calculate annual allowance carry-forwards and perform critical yield and income sustainability calculations using SJP software (training will be provided if needed).
Draft templated suitability letters using SJP’s Aptus software, ensuring they are personalised to each client’s needs.
Submit suitability letters to SJP’s Business Assurance team for approval.
Address and resolve any feedback or remedial work as required following approval from the Business Assurance team.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar back-office support role.
Familiarity with SJP software (Aptus, and other tools) is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within compliance guidelines.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
