Paraplanning Manager

A leading national IFA practice are looking for a Paraplanning Manager. Working as a Paraplanning Manager or senior paraplanner at present, you will ideally be based in the in South Cheshire or Staffordshire due to proximity to their regional office, but they are open to anyone across the North West. The role will involve travel to the various North West offices but you will be aligned to one office and can be partly home based but the nature of the role will require some visibility.

The Role

• Management of a team of c.20 paraplanners across the North of England.
• Taking an active role in recruitment and growth of the team.
• Undertaking reviews and taking responsibility for the development of paraplanners.
• Workflow and assignment of tasks.
• Liaising with other teams, especially the relevant heads of financial advice and compliance
• Undertaking more complex cases and assisting paraplanners when required.
• Dealing with client queries as required
• Attending team meetings as required, in face or remote.
• Other duties as required.

The candidate

• Experienced in paraplanning , supervisory/management and technical support.
• Minimum Cii Dip.
• Experience of all major software packages and range of platforms/providers.
