The Adviser & Client Support Hub in Quilter Financial Planning (QFP) is a place for individuals to thrive, embrace digital and deliver support to advisers and to our clients. This is a new role, adding an additional opportunity for a Paraplanning Support Officer to join the small team in its transformational phase and work towards a centre excellence to provide great client outcomes.

You will support The Adviser & Client Support Hub Advisers, Paraplanners and wider National Advice Business initiatives including adviser campaigns providing a high standard of administrative support.

It would be great if you had some financial services experience, but full on the job training will be given making this a fantastic entry route into a career with Quilter.

Contract type: FTC/Secondment - Part Time

As a Paraplanning Support Officer in QFP you will work closely with and support adviser campaigns across the technical support function.

You will build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Paraplanners & Financial Planners as well as providing support for employed Financial Planner team and supporting the Paraplanning Support Manager in key initiatives.

You will manage incoming enquires to the central mailbox, complete all tasks in line with agreed service standards, procedures and compliance guidelines, process new business & income withdrawal applications and support annual review preparation.

Using research tools to analyse data, you will provide solutions to meet client's needs and objectives and evidencing reports to support research undertaken. This will also include, liaising with providers to obtain information and managing central data systems and trackers - always embracing digital ways of working and enhancing efficiencies.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with the wider QFA team to ensure contributions to the Quilter strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some knowledge of Financial Services Industry, in supporting clients or Advisers and working towards DipFA - however these aren't a necessity.

You must have a keen eye for detail, coupled with strong written (email) and telephone-based communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be comfortable and competent in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
