Part 1/2 Architectural Assistant

A firmly established independent RIBA practice with 25 people are looking for Part 1 and Part 2 Architectural Assistants to continue the excellent first half of the year they have enjoyed. They work on both contemporary and conservation led commissions throughout the region which include educational, community and housing developments.

Playing a key role on a mixed portfolio from day one you will enjoy the scale of projects and case studys you need to continue your way to chartership.

Your responsibilities will include.

- Tender information

- Detailed designs

- Planning submissions

- Working with consultants

We would like to hear from RIBA Part 1 / 2 accredited applicants who have a flair for design with either REVIT or AutoCAD experience. You will have good organisational attributes and be able to work on multiple schemes meeting deadlines.

You will be working out of a stunning office location with free parking in a collaborative environment. There is a flexible approach to working hours, relaxed clothing policy and regular social events awaiting you.
