Part Exchange Coordinator
£26,000 per annum + car allowance

We are recruiting for a Part Exchange Coordinator to join our residential construction client, this is a full time permanent role based in their Barlborough office. This role is suitable to someone with previous experience in a similar role who can bring their knowledge and skills.

What you'll be doing - 
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Agents
  • Have an expert knowledge on the second hand property market.
  • Visit the company’s developments to build relationships with the New Build Sales Team.
  • Visit Part Exchange properties within 7 days of reservation.
  • Attend meetings to update management on sales progress

What we're looking for -
  • Experienced within residential or new build sales
  • Up to date knowledge of sales progression through to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Salary - 
  • £26,000 per annum
  • Car allowance and annual bonus
