Part Qualified Accountant

Overview

Our client is a leading UK based retailer and part of an international group; they have continued to enjoy massive growth across the UK and are looking to recruit a part qualified Accountant to play a key role in the financial reporting within their franchising departments. The business is a household name and therefore will provide a great benefits package, and due to their size, will also give the successful candidate keys to progression.

You will work in a business facing position, working with a wide range of stakeholders in store and office positions to allow for the seamless transition of accurate business units between departments, aiding in the production of the monthly and quarterly management pack. Alongside preparing the pack, you will be working with budget holders to turn data into projections for forecasting and budgeting purposes.

Skills Needed

• You will ideally be a finalist in ACCA or CIMA, or actively studying.
• Have a demonstrable ability to confidently liaise with a host of internal stakeholders, delivering financial awareness.
• Have ambition and drive to excel in your career, acting as a finance representative that can grow throughout the business and act as a mentor.
• Ideally, you will have had experience in a retail or distribution environment and/or have an understanding of the business.
