Are you looking for an all round remote part time accounts and admin role (20 -25 hours a week)? Then we have just the opportunity for you. Candidates from East Anglia and the Midlands will be preferred.
Your role will encompass:
All aspects of purchase ledger including posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, dealing with queries and assisting with payments
All aspects of sales ledger including invoicing, producing statements and a little credit control
Daily bank reconciliations on one account
Having the ability to look at balances on the ledgers and see whether they are correct or whether there is a problem and looking into that if there is
Posting journals
Compiling payroll data to send to the external accountants
You will be working with Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of these systems will be preferred
Ideally, you will also have knowledge of debits and credits
Good Excel skills
Administration support with HR, recruitment and IT issues
You must be happy working remotely and be a self starter, able to work accurately and successfully without constant supervision.
