Part Time Accounts Assistant - Hybrid working

Rare opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company who work within the construction industry. They are currently looking for a reliable individual to join them on a part time basis. The office is based in Tewkesbury however, this role can also be worked on a hybrid or remote basis, as well as offering flexible working hours.

As Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance. Your ability to work flexibly will be highly valued, allowing you to balance work commitments with your personal life.

Responsibilities:

-Process invoices, manage purchase ledger, process expenses and credit control.

-Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.

-Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

-Maintain accurate records and update financial databases.

-Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience in a similar accounts role.

-Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours.

Hours: Up to 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible working hours with the option to work from their office or on a hybrid or remote basis

Salary: £12.50 - £13 per hour
