We are looking for a part-time accounts assistant to join a vibrant company based in Central London. This is largely a role assisting with comoany accounts however you will als  

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Accounts Administration – reviewing and processing internal and external expenses, raising invoices, obtaining statements, maintaining copies of invoices, reviewing debtors, and facilitating payments.
  • Office Administration – ordering stationery, liaising with property managers regarding maintenance and contractors, managing security access cards, assisting with IT queries, arranging couriers, keeping the office space running.
  • Assisting with security, compliance, and KYC checks as necessary.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Solid experience with accounting – ideally with accounting/secretarial qualifications, as well as prior experience within administration and office management.
  • Tech savvy nature with experience using a variety of software. Knowledge of Sage, Microsoft and other CRM platforms are highly desirable.
  • Proactive, adaptable, relationships-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who is able to jump in and is a quick, hands-on learner.
