Part Time Administrator

Our team is seeking a dynamic Administrator for a 6 month contract role based at the historic dockyard location in Portsmouth.

Contract Details:

• Position: Administrator
• Contract Type: Contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 6 Months
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Working Pattern: Part Time - ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but flex if needed
• Hours: Flexible ie: 9-5 or 8-4 or 8.30-4.30
• Rate of Pay £13.00 - £15.00

What You'll Do:
As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing correspondence and maintaining files
• Supporting project teams with administrative tasks
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
• Assisting with data entry and document preparation
• Providing exceptional support to team members

Who You Are:

• A great communicator, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive work environment

• 3 minute walk from Portsmouth Harbour train station
• 2 minute's walk from nearby parking facilities, however after Security Clearance you will be provided with a parking space
