Our client is a prestigious production and engineering company currently looking to recruit within their close knit and friendly sales and administration team on a permanent basis just outside of Chester. The working hours are flexible and could be worked around school hours or similar.

Duties will include:

  • Provide daily maintenance of the in-house customer and prospect database, managing, organising, and updating relevant data.
  • Type and word-process quotations and sales documentation to a high standard.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers’ quotations
  • Manage order processing and inputting of sales orders
  • Maintain records, files and archives for sales department

You will need:

  • Previous administration experience
  • A hands on attitude, willing to assist in the team as required
  • Excellent attention to detail

Details of the role include:

  • Part-time hours 30 p/w Monday to Friday - 5 days per week, flexible working hours to suit
  • Job security within an established and friendly team
  • Full training and room to develop with a salary review at 3 months with potential to increase
