General administrator required for our client, a plumbing and heating services provider biased in Surrey. The General Administrator / Operations Administrator, will be responsible for assisting with tasks including (but not limited to); dealing with incoming emails from clients, suppliers and internal staff and delegating or replying accordingly, updating the internal customer database / records, dealing with incoming phone calls to the office, processing customer payments and raising invoices etc.

Operations Administrator Position Remuneration
  • £13.00 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience
  • Specific working hours negotiable
  • Part time role - circa 24 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave (pro rata)

The role will be fully office based, in the Hindhead area, on a part time basis (circa 24 hours). The successful administrator must have previous admin experience, as well as a proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience using invoicing software, would be advantageous.
