Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a rarely available opportunity for a part time Administrator, for a company in Epsom. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am-2.30pm. Salary is up to FTE £24,000 (pro rata for 25 hours).

Providing support to a busy team, this role will be essential in the day to day coordination of the office. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Answering customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact records
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Distributing post and incoming deliveries
  • Preparing outgoing packages and booking couriers
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Ordering office consumables
  • Assisting with onboarding of new staff
  • Assisting with arranging company events
  • Assisting with fire alarm checks
  • Liaising with engineers

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems
