Job Title: Part Time Administrator
Salary: £29,250 (pro rata to 30 hours)
Location: Work from home with one day per week in North Solihull office
Hours: 30 hours over 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Description:
Working for an innovative, not-for-profit organisation, which provides mental health and wellbeing services for children and young people, you will be responsible for the administration for the team.
The successful candidate will be passionate, driven, and self-motivated, able to work on own initiative, adaptable and confident to work alone.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Entering information onto the computer system
- Arranging meetings
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Data processing and data migration
- Administration tasks for complex cases
- Communicating with other similar businesses to ensure all parties are involved
- Manage several processes and support the co-ordination of communication and people
- HR administration duties
Experience required:
- Experience in an administration role
- Empathy
- Good people skills including effective written and verbal communication
- Being able to effectively manage your own workload and lone work
You will earn a starting salary of £29,250 pro rata to 30 hours per week.
