Part-Time Administrator

A valid driver's license and access to your own transport are essential for this role!

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Location:
Epsom based
Pay From: £14,277 - £19, 036 (dependant on hours worked)

Working Hours:

  • Weekend availability
  • Flexible hours/days during the week (minimum of 1-2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments with clients and customers.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Occasionally conducting on-site visits as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Friendly, confident, and proactive with excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and proficient with basic software.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Professional demeanour, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
