- £34,000 full time equivalent, £18,200 pro-rata
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation is currently looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards
- Recruit, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their training and development
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create and deliver high-quality training materials
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing feedback and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for developing and mentoring young talent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
