My client a well respected organisation in central Leeds is looking for a part time Bookkeeper (3 days per week) to work in their professional and friendly organisation. To apply for this role you must have bookkeeping skills and be a good team player. This role will not be available long so please get in touch asap if interested.

Your duties will include:

  • Be able to deliver a professional and prompt service to clients
  • Accounts production for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
  • Year end accounts
  • Payroll & CIS Returns
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare financial reports for management review
  • Meeting statutory deadlines and prioritising work accordingly

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary 28K (FTE) pro rata for 3 days
