Profile

As a Call Handler you will be working in a Contact Centre Based Environment handling calls from patients providing a high level of care and support.

You could be dealing with a range of queries such as booking doctors appointments and processing prescriptions alongside pointing the patient in the right direction to ensure they get the right support required.

The role will be very fast paced and you will ensure each patient is provided the best care and understanding up holding the organisations excellent reputation.

Job Offer

Previous health care experience would be advantageous however full training would be provided
