Part-Time Chief Financial Officer

£130,000 to £150,000

ABPM are supporting a care group at a pre-deal stage. With an established reputation for exceptional quality, delivery and customer service.

The successful candidate will be seen as a key partner to the CEO and the VC investment team, playing a strategic role in direction, creation of a fit for purpose finance function and commercial opportunities and activities.

• Supporting the incumbent Head of Finance and finance team in the next phase of its advancement.
• Critique the financial and investment plans such that they are aligned with business objectives and goals.
• Prepare and present high-quality reporting to the Board and exec team.
• Develop and upgrade the business's MI to aid management decision-making, forecasting, and budgeting in the delivery of the business plan.
• Establish the professionalisation of the finance function, including systems upgrade / automation.
• Be a proactive conduit to the VC/private equity investors about the company's performance and forecasts.

The CFO must be a qualified ACA / ACCA / ACMA with a background in the care sector.
