We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Office Admin Assistant to join a small, friendly team on a part-time basis. The role will support the company accountant with both finance and office admin tasks.
About the Role: This is a varied role supporting both finance and general office administration. You’ll play a key part in keeping the financial operations running smoothly and ensuring the day-to-day office tasks are under control.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciling bank accounts for 2 main entities
Supplier reconciliations both aged and going forward
Utility company invoice reconciliations
Processing supplier payments
General office admin and support tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in finance or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident with Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Able to manage time effectively and work independently
Friendly, can-do attitude
