Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a client in the Preston area as they look to recruit a Finance Manager on a part time basis over 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software
- Tracking / reconciling bank account balances
- Maintaining a balanced general ledger
- Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
- Preparing, processing paying employee wages / payroll
- Completing VAT returns
- Managing employee expense claims
- Chasing debtor balances
- Paying creditors
- Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- Assisting with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- Helping to develop a KPI and budgeting process
