Part Time HR Administrator –15 hours a week – 8 month FTC to perm
£15,000
SW1 – Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join an established Membership body working 15 hours per week. This role is initially an 8 month FTC with the potential to go permanent.

You will have proven experience in a HR Admin role with a hands-on, can-do approach. You will be working within a close-knit, collaborative HR team.

The Role:
  • Maintain records for absence management including holiday, sickness, appointments etc.
  • Monthly reporting against absence KPI’s
  • Support the HR Advisor with end to end recruitment including liaising with agencies, coordinating interviews and candidate management
  • Creating company training plans from performance reviews
  • Coordinating and booking all external training courses
  • Setting up all staff training via the Kallidus system
  • Record spend against training budgets
  • General HR admin including training admin, recruitment admin, and new starters and leavers
  • New staff inductions
  • Responding to staff queries where appropriate
  • Support with relevant HR projects as needed

Essential requirements:
  • Proven HR Admin experience (12 months+)
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Organised and able to prioritise
