Position Overview:


As a Part-Time HR Professional, you will play a key role in assisting to manage our people operations and to support our team’s growth. This is a flexible, part-time position, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a startup type environment. You will be responsible for general HR tasks working with our head office to implement suitable UK processes and policies as well as providing essential administrative support to the senior team to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and ensure all new hires have a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Support employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related queries.
  • Help implement and update HR processes and policies.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and project coordination.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to HR and business operations as needed.
