We’re recruiting for a highly organised, proactive PA to support a team of senior professionals in the Real Estate team of a leading London law firm.

This role offers the rare flexibility of working 4 days a week (2 days in/2 from home) —ideal for those managing another business, freelance projects, or personal ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full PA and administrative support, including managing schedules, travel, and document preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with fee earners, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with business development, such as pitch materials, event coordination, and client communications.
  • Support the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, responding to queries and managing communications.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Legal PA/secretarial role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior professionals and clients.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a focus on confidentiality.
