A busy surveyors company situated in Southampton is looking for an experienced Residential Lettings Coordinator who will also take on some of the responsibilities of an Office Manager to support their growing team in a part time capacity.
With at least a years experience in the lettings property sector, and with solid administrative and coordination skills, you will be working front of house both by meeting and greeting clients that come into the office and being first point of call answering telephone calls and directing or taking messages in a professional manner.

This role offers a great level of variety in a part time role of 22.5 hours a week (days to be negotiated) and a basic salary in the region of £25k pro rata is available.
