Our client, a leading Financial Services firm is seeking a Part-Time Mortgage Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for a Part-Time Mortgage Administrator to join them, where you will be working closely with a team of Mortgage Advisors in managing a portfolio of clients, supporting with administrative tasks throughout the mortgage process.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Mortgage Administration role, and will ideally have some form of Mortgage or Financial qualifications, although those with just industry experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining client data on back-office system

- Processing new business and following up with clients and third parties to ensure completion

- Liaising regularly with clients, colleagues and third parties of all levels

- Preparing documentation for client meetings

- Creating accurate suitability reports for clients

Key Experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Mortgage industry

- Confident working both independently and as part of a team, supporting Mortgage Brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks

- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times is vital

- Mortgage or Financial qualification is advantageous

- Confident managing administrative duties whilst multi-tasking at all times

You will be working with an experienced and knowledgeable team, providing a high level of administrative support.

Ideally you will work 3 days per week, although hours could be negotiable.
