Description

  • Organising and managing schedules, appointments and meetings.
  • Handling correspondence and communications effectively.
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate document and report preparation.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, arranging necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed.

Profile

A successful Part-Time PA should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office management software like MS Office.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer
