Our client is flexible on which days you will work. Office hours are 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Paralegal within the Commercial Property team, you will successfully manage the following responsibilities, with a proactive and critical approach:
- Preparing legal documents, undertaking legal research, and collating information.
- Providing quotes and legal information to clients.
- Attending meetings and taking notes.
- Assisting on property acquisitions, sales, lettings, and leasehold property management.
- Carrying out searches and reviewing titles and documents.
- Preparing completion statements and invoices.
- Drafting basic legal property documents, contracts, transfer deeds and leases.
- Admin duties including responding to phone calls, emails, conducting letter writing, ensuring meeting rooms are set up, file closing, as well as ad hoc duties.
WHO YOU ARE
Our client requires someone who is naturally efficient, organised, and has a high level of confidentiality, with the ability to multitask. This role is perfect for you if you can be trusted to always get the job done to the highest standard and with attention to detail.
- Solid experience working as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in a corporate and fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a boutique legal firm and with a focus on Commercial Property is ideal
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and legal CRM databases
- Hands-on attitude and a natural problem solver, who is solutions-focused
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- A people person who can effectively communicate with people from all levels of the business
