Payroll Coordinator
Permanent Part time
Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week

Pertemps are recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator to join our clients growing and friendly company in a stand-alone role at their Office in Tamworth. Working as an integral member of the team, you will produce all aspects of the monthly payroll and associated tasks.
Main duties:
  • To produce and process the complex payroll each month.
  • To process end to end payroll and complete the process on the time and attendance system.
  • To assess and process workplace pension each month, then submit data to the pension provider.
  • To submit relevant payroll data to HMRC and other relevant bodies on time each month.
  • To update time and attendance system balances with the overtime paid each month.
  • Produce ad-hoc payroll related administration.
  • Produce end-of-month data for Group & Local Management Team.

What are we looking for?
  • Experience in using Sage 50 Payroll
  • Experience in using a time and attendance system.
  • Preferably 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes from start to finish.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Reliability and integrity are key.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
