Part-Time PR/Copywriter

Remote (meetings twice monthly)

Part-Time (20 hours/week)

£35,000 Pro Rata

This is an exceptional role for someone that is looking to join a small agency with a global reach.

Working for this agency you will help your clients hone their message to ensure maximum clarity and impact whilst communicating it to a targeted audience of global associations, agencies and corporates.

Using an effective mix of strategic campaign planning, PR, content creation, social media, videos, and promotional events, you will work alongside the client producing first class content to deliver against the clients marketing objectives.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join the team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and a versatile writing style that can adapt to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging long-form copy for a variety of platforms including press releases, newsletters, awards submissions, research/white papers, blog posts, and articles.

  • Tailor content to suit the distinct tone and style of each client, maintaining brand voice consistency.

  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

  • Collaborate internally and with clients to brainstorm and develop content strategies.

  • Attend occasional client meetings (in-person or virtual) to contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights.

  • Face to face meeting / time in the office with founder director at least twice a month for updates and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PR, Copywriter, Journalist, or similar with examples of long form writing skills.

  • Excellent understanding of different writing styles and ability to adapt tone and voice according to client requirements.

  • Exceptional research skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to participate in client meetings.

    • Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality content that drives results.

    • Previous experience in the conference, events, business tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
