Part-time Purchase Ledger Controller

Our team are currently assisting a local Charity in Birmingham to recruit a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk offering a pro rata’d salary of £26,000 - £28,000.

This role ffers great flexibility with up to 20 hours/week and hybrid working with only one day required in the office per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Processing c.120 invoices per month and maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Processing, coding and matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Reconciling the accounts payable ledger and supplier accounts and investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining the accounts inbox
  • Processing staff expenses and accurately posting to the ledger

Experience required:

  • Experience of Accounts Payable required

Working hours:

  • Up to 20 hours/week
