Job Title: Part Time Receptionist

Location: Lancing (BN15 9FP)

Salary: £9,000 per annum (based on FTE £22,500 per annum)

Job Type: Part – time, permanent, working 14 hours per week, predominantly Saturdays and Sundays

Help us provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors

In this role you will be a welcoming point of contact for all visitors and guests providing positive interactions and exceptional levels of customer service. You will support with the day-to-day operations of reception by producing and updating venue event schedules and coordinating incoming and outgoing post.

This role will predominantly be working Saturdays and Sundays.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have previous experience as a receptionist and feel confident working independently and as part of a team. In this role you will be required to carry out lots of administrative tasks, so it is essential that you are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
