A purpose led not for profit business is currently seeking a Part Time Reward professional to join them on an initial 6 month FTC.

Job title: Part Time Reward Specialist

Salary: £48,000 per annum

Location: Remote

Contract/Hours: Fixed term contract for 6 months

Compensation Management:

  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to salary structures, incentive programs, and job evaluation processes.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning and bonus administration.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assess and recommend changes to benefit offerings to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
