Subject: Science Teacher at KS3 & KS4

Timetable: Part-time 3 days a week

We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary school in Dudley who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to start in the new academic year. This is a par-time (3 days a week) position until December initially, with the possibility to extend. To be successful, you will be a Science Teacher with recent experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Job Description

  • Delivering engaging and creative Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
  • Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities such as sports clubs and school trips.


Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent experience teaching Science at secondary school level in the UK
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
