My team are recruiting a part-time Purchase Ledger Officer and are seeking suitable candidates ASAP! Working with a passionate and personable line manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone get started in their next contract immediately.

Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit a Part Time Interim Finance Assistant on an initial 3-month contract. This is a three day a week role, in London on a part-time basis.   

The Interim Finance Assistant’s main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger and bank reconciliation.
  • Entering data, ensuring all information is accurate and tidy on the ERP system.
  • Preparing the payment run.  
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day operations.

The successful Interim Finance Assistant must have:

  • Experience in accounts payable within a charity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Sage and Excel knowledge, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and process data.
