My client is a busy construction organisation. You will be offering part-time administration support in a site office.


Your new role
This job will be highly varied, but the main duties include but not limited to:

  • Printing and scanning documents.
  • Site filing.
  • Ensuring site drawing files are maintained and up to date.
  • Ordering site supplies.
  • Processing waste ticket data.
  • Compiling handover information packs.
  • Provide general administration support for the site team.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be immediately available and have excellent administration experience, strong IT skills and the ability to manage your own work loads.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive:

  • An immediate start
  • Expected duration through until June 2025
  • 24 hours per week - worked over 3 days
  • Core hours are either 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM.
  • Hourly rate, including holiday pay, between £13/14 per hour
