The position is part-time and structured as a job share, offering a balanced work environment with two teaching days and an additional handover day to ensure seamless continuity in teaching and learning.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching early years with an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
