Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a passion for providing exceptional legal services? Our client, a highly reputable niche firm with a well-established presence, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their dynamic team .This role could suit someone looking to return to work, a semi-retired solicitor or someone simply seeking to work part time

About the Role

: As a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, you will handle a diverse range of private client matters, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning.

• Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients. • Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private client work.

• Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.

• Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.

The Candidate for Private Client Solicitor

The ideal candidate will have

: • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law. • A strong track record of managing a diverse range of private client cases.

• The ability and willingness to work in the office.

• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently. • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

The role requires a minimum of 10 hours a week
