Role Overview: As a B2B Partnership Manager at Voltalis, based in our Edinburgh office, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with local partners. Your primary focus will be on expanding our reach and achieving national deployment objectives, while upholding our standards of quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan to penetrate the UK market, prioritising high-potential regions.
  • Identify key stakeholders and influencers within local authorities and major housing entities, understanding their energy efficiency priorities.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to each partner, leveraging Voltalis' success stories and aligning with Territorial Climate Energy Plans.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communication team to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Coordinate deployment operations, engaging both Voltalis and partner teams to maximize household reach and membership requests.
  • Provide regular progress updates to partners, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Genuine interest in energy transition and regional development.
  2. Track record in B2B commercial development, with a focus on results.
  3. Understanding of local authority operations.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, coupled with project management experience.

Additional Details:

  • Degree in commerce, project management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques, commercial contracts, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
