Ambition are supporting one of our global law firm clients with their recruitment for an experienced Partner Reserves Specialist to assist with a partner finance project. This will be a 6 month FTC, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the partner reserves process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
  • Analyze and reconcile financial data and prepare detailed reports on partner reserves.
  • Collaborate with partners and finance teams to address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize partner reserves management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for partner reserves.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of partner reserves and financial management within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
