I am recruiting for a highly regarded Central London law firm who are looking to hire a Property Partner to join their team and assist in the department's leadership. My client is a high quality boutique law firm, specialising in property, litigation, and commercial/corporate law. The property department is well developed, consisting of 13 Solicitors including 5 Partners.

The role requires the successful candidate to have vast experience working across residential property, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and transfer of equity and remortgages. Furthermore, experience in commercial property is also needed due to the existing caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor looking for a step up in their career to the Partner level, or for existing Partners looking to move to a high-end Boutique.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years post qualified experience.
• Experience managing a caseload of residential files. (experience managing a commercial property caseload is beneficial)
• A degree from a UK University.
• Experience managing a team
